Unfortunately, we are currently at full patient capacity and not able to accept any new patient enrolments.

To enrol, you must meet criteria as detailed on the Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora website.

If you are a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a two year work visa, you will be eligible to enrol.

If you are not eligible or do not wish to enrol at this practice, you can visit the practice as a casual patient if appointments are available. 

You need to complete an enrolment for each person wishing to enrol.  We will process your enrolment and request your medical file from your previous practice.
